Service & support for Gasunie
Lifecycle management means that Bilfinger GreyLogix is responsible for spare part management, firmware upgrades, testing, updating, and training over the whole lifetime of the field. In order to ensure availability, Bilfinger GreyLogix provides 24/7 expert remote support to Gasunie. This support is done via remote connection or by telephone. In case any hardware failure is discovered, Bilfinger GreyLogix will provide the required spare part to an onsite location within four (4) hours.
