Why Monitoring?

The monitoring of the OT infrastructure gives you the opportunity to

  • to store and graphically process the collected performance data and thus to detect trends early.

We offer support and take care of the monitoring of the OT infrastructure by means of a customized monitoring solution tailored to your needs. Our IT specialists do not only keep a close eye on failures, arising problems or other messages in your environment but also work on customized solutions for you. Thanks to regular reports, you will always be up-to-date about your plant’s availability.

You can select between two service levels

Monitoring 8×5

We take care of the monitoring of the defined systems during the office hours from Monday til Friday between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.

During this time, our IT specialists take care of incoming warning and failure messages, check and assess these messages and contact you in case of bigger failures to coordinate the next steps.

You receive a monthly documentation about all messages received and the performed measures.

Monitoring 24×7

We take care of the monitoring of the defined systems 24 hours/day and 7 days/week – right by your side 365 days per year.

During this time, our IT specialists take care of incoming warning and failure messages, check and assess these messages and contact you in case of bigger failures to coordinate the next steps.

You receive a monthly documentation about all messages received and the performed measures.
